By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our platform immediately. Our objective is to provide a secure, reliable, and legally compliant environment for electronic document execution while maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of every transaction. The platform incorporates modern security technologies, encryption standards, authentication mechanisms, and audit trails to support trusted electronic signing experiences for both individual and enterprise users. These Terms are intended to complement our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies published on our website. E-Signclub is committed to operating in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Electronic Signature or Electronic Authentication Technique and Procedure) Rules, 2015, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and other applicable Indian laws. Where Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) are used, E-Signclub supports integrations with licensed Certifying Authorities (CAs) operating under the supervision of the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Government of India, wherever applicable.
